Bio
George Honeyman joined The Lions on a long-term contract for an undisclosed fee on 28th June 2022.
The attacking midfielder began his career at Sunderland, where he spent five seasons, including gaining Premier League experience, before moving on to Hull City in 2019.
A main part of the side which won the Sky Bet League One title in 2020/21 - alongside George Long - Honeyman impressed in a creative role for The Tigers, before making 36 Championship appearances and scoring five goals last season.
Honeyman made 40 appearances for Millwall during his first season at the club, scoring once, against Coventry City at The Den in August 2022.
